Here are the real 2 challenges, from a fellow gamer that uplaods to youtube,

I have done the first but never on camera as I can only record in SD not HD =[. so I sometimes play in HD therefore can't record.

1. Killcam with carepackage, aka fall on head. I dfid this is search when i planyted bomb 20 seocnds left so I called in carepackage on bomb smoked it then blew myself up last guy ran in2 it :d

2. I have never done this but is possible.
A throwing knife generally sticks into the player when you hit them... BUT NOT THE HEAD if you watch my montage near the start I have a slowmo of this, I throw it on underpass and hit his head, I therefore think you can recoil this and get anouther kill thus 2 kills 1 throwing knife..... EPIC
