DJ Ama, pronounced [ah-mah], is half my name (Amanda) and means "loves" in the feminine form of Spanish. For example: "Amanda ama musica" means "Amanda loves music."

2. How are you mixing with one turntable?

I have two now, but with Serato Scratch Live you can do it with one by "switching."

I don't use any instant messenger services.

4. What got you into being a dj?

A trip to Ibiza last summer helped to inspire me, but mostly just a curiousity and obsession with house music. It's a great hobby that makes me happy and challenges me. I also love sharing great tunes with people!
