  I loved these products, I used the aloe herb facial cleanser and the neroli toning mist. The ingredients are organic, wildcrafted, made with love (best ingredient), and are in dark glass bottles to preserve the quality of the products.

  Probiotics are 'good bacteria' that help to balance the levels of good and bad bacteria in the gut. Bad bacteria are caused by too much sugar and yeast consumption so limit that and bad bacteria won't grow out of control as bad.
  I recommend getting a good probiotic from Natren, or any brand in your diet as well as eating sauerkraut and kimchi so that you can get plenty of probiotics in your diet.

  These are some basic steps to take care of your skin and keep it healthy so that it can clear up from acne faster. I use the botanical cleanser daily now just to keep my skin healthy and clear and every once in a while use the aztec clay and apple cider vinegar as well. I add the ACV to my water and drink it too for the internal health and digestive benefits.
