The original project blurb:
"Project.D is an AMV project by 5 random guys. It's set to the entire 10 minute, 48 track album of "We Are Voice and Rhythm Only" by Destroy 2. Destroy 2 is a two member band comprised of vocals by Eye (of the Boredoms) and drums by Chew (of Corrupted)"
Project.D is an AMV (anime music video) project that I did with some friends (Studio Cookie Thievery), in mid-2004 (when the original http://cookiethievery.com/ was still operating). It premiered at AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta) in Sept of that year.
Those of you familiar with Midnight Snacks (http://midnightsnacks.8chan.net/) might remember 5 as a long time co-host. "I could kill every one of you" has also co-hosted a couple times.
Here's Ko's original post when we put it up for download on DA ORG after the con:
"This was a fairly large (5 person) collaboration video, first time using premiere for most of us. Shown 3 times at AWA, apparently once at 9AM (cleared the room, probably far too much comedy,) once after the AMV dance sat/sun night at 1:30 AM (to clear the room, probably scared off ravers,) and once during the "adult" block sat/sun night at 4:30 (the one that we saw, only three people left)"
We also made 50 numbered copies of 3" CDRs that we gave out at the con. A REAL COLLECTOR'S ITEM.
