probably never! I'm a runner, not a climber (too scared of heights). I respect mountain climbing and rock climbing but it's too different from running for me at this point. I like running up mountains and 14ers but only if it is a runnable trail.

thanks for the support! I'm working on that...we've already planned for a very light trail shoe based of the "Race Rocker" road flat shoe design that also has excellent traction to come out in 2014. Stay tuned!!

caffeine is the diuretic...but it's not too bad (alcohol would be a lot worse!). For every cup of coffee you should drink a cup of water..which I usually do

thank you! yes, i think with sprinting (I'm not a sprinter) you have to be even more careful because every force is exaggerated. (Of course you see kids sprinting barefoot across grass all the time)..save the spikes for sprinting races and some fast workouts...otherwise a lightweight trainter probably the best (you have to get up on your toes to sprint and run with really good form anyway... atleast to go fast)

I'd do them after a short run - to warm your muscles up first...you don't want to be too tired though as form is important
