Founded in 1984 by Giacomo Maiolini, Time Records (Time S.p.A.) is since a long time the most important independent record company in Italy. At first the company was focused on dance music, but today its productions include also pop rock records that already reached important results. In 2010 three of Time's artists reached Gold record status in Italy (Caro Emerald, Mads Langer and Temper Trap). In 2011 'Danza Kuduro' by Don Omar Feat. Lucenzo reached Double Platinum status while Brooke Fraser - 'Something In The Water', Catalin Josan 'Don't Wanna Miss You' and Caro Emerald - "Back It Up" went Gold.
