hi, thanks for your comment but i'm not quite sure what you mean, because i have really good skin and as i am a teenagers its only natural for me to get the odd spot. i have used soap in the past and i can honestly say it was really bad for my skin, it dried it out even with moistureriser. i don't really watch what i eat or anything so i think its down to my routine for the way my skin looks. i am hapy with the routine i have now, thanks anyways. bye
