AZ Film Company
AZ Film Company was born from producing films about enjoying the Outdoors.
We produce exciting series of online videos designed to share knowledge and skills. We plan to release online A-Z series about Rock Climbing, Climate Change , Canoeing amongst many others.
Our business model is based upon giving our online videos away for free under a creative commons license. This will allow anyone to freely download, share with their friends or even include the videos within their own non-commercial films. In return we will rely upon our viewers support. If they like our work then we ask that they buy a DVD. The sales of the discs will ensure that we can carry on producing the next series of videos.- CHANNEL

Cat Terrorized by Popcorn
This is our cat, Sprinkles, being scared of popping corn. /////
EDIT: Hi, everyone -- thanks so much for viewing my video! A couple of things:
First - unfortunately, Sprinkles passed away a few months after this video was taken, at the age of 2. She died while under anesthesia for getting her teeth cleaned. :( We miss her.
Second - the popcorn maker in the video is a West Bend "Stir Crazy" that we got on Amazon for less than thirty bucks. It's awesome.
Thanks again! -

very inspiring, as always!
Going Back to Georgie (fretless clawhammer banjo)
This is a tune that Glen Smith played on fretless banjo, from the County album "Clawhammer Banjo Vol. 3". My version has drifted off a bit since I learned it there... Sounds like it's in the "Oh! Susanna" family. Tuning is gDGBD, a whole tone or so low.

Mole In The Ground | Playing For Change
http://www.playingforchange.com - Playing For Change has had a busy Summer-- traveling, recording and filming music everywhere we can. We are working on new "Songs Around the World" and one of the greatest joys of this process is meeting new characters and adding them to our global family.
A few years ago while recording music with Keb' Mo', in walked Jerron "Blind Boy" Paxton. He was an amazing musician with so much soul and charisma that we could only dream of adding him to the Playing For Change family. Well now, after a trip to visit him in New York City, the time has come to introduce you to our great friend Blind Boy Paxton as he performs the traditional American folk song "Mole in the Ground."
Sometimes all we need in life is positive energy and a good song; today we get both!! Enjoy the music, together we are the change we want to see in the world!
One Love. -

GoPro Tutorial Slow Motion
If on a Mac, this is one workflow:
1.Shoot at 120fps
2. Use Compressor to convert clips to AppleProRes422
3. Open clips in Cinema Tools and conform to 23.98fps
4. Use FCP to edit
5. If you want to slow the clips down further, send to Motion and use set the "frame blending" to "optical flow"
6. Render and export -

Nice work! Did you have to tinker much to get the 25rpm motor mounted to the DP dolly?
The Forest of Dean - Bluebells 03
Taken in the Forest of Dean in the latter part of April.
Experimenting with a Dynamic Perceptions Stage Zero system fitted with a 25RPM drive motor. The faster motor is more suited to video than the standard 8RPM time-lapse motor.
The sequence includes clips with the rail set at approximately 30 degrees from horizontal whilst zooming and focus pulling, horizontal tracking whilst zooming and ending with straight tracking across a small stream. -
