DAMMIT. It's extremely frustrating for me to find this out now; I checked and triple-checked the journal, watched about 3 different kill videos and I figured I had it down pat, but no, the adds don't hit for jack and the debuff helps you for some reason.
I'll be checking future boss strats with people clearing the content from now on. Too many misses, just too many for my liking.

I'm fine with a cap, just not one where you reach level cap on an alt and you have to wait 1-2-3 weeks before you can do proper raids because of a "weekly" cap. There should be a catchup systems for fresh 90s.
For the Q: haven't seen any hint of upgrade refunds, sadly.

Explained what I believed to be the accurate strategy at the time. Figured saying "intercept globs" would imply you needed flight, evidently should've elaborated. Nests strat is pretty much right from what I've seen, though didn't realise there were some above.
Most of my guides are fights I've "never done before", and they're mostly correct, but bound to mess up on one or two on occasion.
