Has anyone ever tried HORTMAN?? It is ... amazing. It was a CrossFit.com workout from last week, that all my friends kept talking about! As many rounds as possible of 800m run, 80 air squats and 8 muscle ups in 45 minutes. This was the last minute of the workout when everyone was pushin the pace!

"That sucked! So bad!" Was exactly was what I said when finishing. Video starts on the 5th rep of 7 unbroken! (of course, only show the miserable part). Can't wait to get stronger, when I can do this looking more relaxed and smooth. Always in progress!One rep of Bear Complex:
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push-Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push-Press
Do that seven times for one round. Do 5 rounds total to work up to 1RM.
