If you're wondering *why*, it's because the Xbox 360 is trying to juggle between reading from the two installed discs, hitting a hard disk bandwidth limit when it does that.

Basically, your Xbox is trying to read more than it can, causing these glitches.

No... The Sims Online showed more than one player controlling Sims can get annoying -- you'd have moments when two Sims just stood there, because the other person didn't accept/decline the request yet. It seemed fake.

iOS/Android requires a smaller budget, less quality assets and less work on code than consoles or PCs. Making it for "full" platforms might cost them much, much more.

Pretty much completely untrue. It's been possible to add Siri to any iOS 5+ device if you jailbreak it and use a 4S/5 UDID. (Or a 5G iPod Touch one) The actual restriction is Apple checking the UDID you use to authenticate.
