I went to see my Chiropractic today & he said my left ankle where the bone joint movement when I run on forefoot - the bone moved a bit too forward so he popped it to make the bone move back in where it should be & I will be able to go back to running in a few days so that I can run like a springier!! (like run floating on a cloud) :) Tomorrow is a big day "Arlington Stillaguamish Eagle Festival" in Arlington where I live & I'm so excited to go there. I will try to take the pictures of Bald Eagles (they don't allow the camera with flash on, because they would scare the Eagles away). I would love to buy Wood Craving Eagle Statue for my front yard!! ahaha - that would be something interesting :) They have a lot of things, all about Eagles on the market street & it should be fun to exploring. I will let know how it goes when I return home. You know how much I love Bald Eagles :) You & I are very much alike :- Ornithology :)
