About Me:
I am eternal barer of standard, infinite navigator of the future, a pioneer of truth, a Singularitarian inventor of dreams. I will live forever by enlightened Transhumanist science. Belief is merely lack of knowledge, faith is only lack of certainty. Belief stricken & faithful minded should step aside & allow the rational & educated to do their work making the world a better place for everyone. Human ideas & intentions are soon to outstrip superstition & the unknown, we will make ourselves gods, which has been long overdue. Change is no longer good enough, I'm ready for a revolution! But artificial intelligence is no match against real stupidity, I have a lot of work ahead of me. No longer will I sit by & be spoon fed by the pioneers of science, I will help create the future. Although American (and a materialistic new-atheist) my perception & values are influenced mainly from classical Chinese thought -
Lao Tzu - emphasized virtues of seriousness & self control, moderation & balance, using the least force to accomplish ones goal, advocated holding a global perspective, & integrating into a cohesive universe - and exploring the relationship which would result.
Confucius - resoluteness, simplicity, perfection through purity & tradition, loyalty, subdued emotion, economy of expenditure, correcting of mistakes, & inspiring awe.
Sun Tzu - importance of careful planning, efficiently, strategy, calculation, logistics, preparation & knowledge, being prudent, brave, calm, insensitive & emotionless.

see hobbies- need I say that I am a hardcore academic student. Name your favorite, either I have been there or will be going there soon enough. To teach or learn there is no difference. Knowledge is power!
Interests:
Smiting religion, anthropology, philosophy, linguistics, health, psychology, biology, biopsychology, astronomy, physics, economics, sociobiology, time (history & the future), psychodynamics, genetics, sexuality & gender studies, chemistry, cybernetics, mathematics, entropy, political theory (I like the idea of a technocracy, I think Ray Kurzweil should be dictator of the world) virtual realities, alternate universes, studies of awareness & consciousness. If I ever find the time (which I havent lately) I enjoy computer games like StarCraft 2, Second Life, Deus Ex, Fallout, Homeworld, Mass Effect, Halo, & Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic.

American Beauty, Limitless, Gladiator, the Matrix (not the sequels), Ghost in the Shell, iRobot, Blade Runner, The Truman Show, The Dark Knight, Short Circuit, Edward Scissorhands, Wall-E, Star Wars, The Prestige, The Jerk, Resident Evil, Highlander, Brazil, Dark City, Bound, Kinsey, The Crying Game, & any movie directed by Quentin Tarantino. Shows are La Femme Nikita, Queer as Folk, & the new Battlestar Galactica, Penn & Teller Bullshit, South Park & Family Guy are also pretty good.

Alright, made my 1st vid today. Fair warning, I was put on the spot, so it's not going to be my best, (the 1st never is right?)I would prefer to have read a script, or rehearsed. So more to come later. Thanks to all for listening to me gripe, not about the movie, but about our cultural trends toward acceptance of thought dead entertainment that a 5 year old could produce.
