DO I REALLY need one?
About Me:
I have used Audacity and a failing Web Cam With a built in microphone to create Feiru, Kael's Voice bank. Which in result gave it bad quality.
As I recorded the (hopefully) more smoother voice bank with longer samples, I noticed the web cam had made the end of each sample extremely quiet about half way through and became quiet frustrated with it.... But finished the recordings non the less.
