While Bianchi has excelled in the architectural design field since his youth, it was In 1993 when he narrowed his focus to the art and implementation of innovative swimming pool designs, water features, and landscape amenities for his discriminating clients.
Bianchi's driving approach to design has always been his sense of blending the indoor and outdoor space of a home, a concept he began to recognize and develop in 1987 while traveling through Japan. What struck Kirk most about Japanese architecture was that even the modest dwellings were creatively integrated with their outdoor environs. Today, Kirk's niche is fully realized by his ability to intuitively blur the lines between what is perceived to be 'indoor' and 'outdoor' areas, creating on a plane that is beyond the awareness of conventional pool and site designers. The effect of his refined process is the creation of outdoor "rooms"--- perceived spaces that are an extension of your home. A WaterScape, if you will — in which you can dine, swim, entertain, and relax in ways that no indoor room can afford.
Bianchi passionately believes that this independent design approach, coupled with the artists continued collaboration with his highly specialized team of chosen contractors, is the very engine that enables such works of art to be transformed from inception to your fulfilled reality in a manner that will ensure the finest workmanship and experience available.
Needless to say, because each client's home and outdoor environs are so unique, each pool and site design that Kirk creates is also entirely unique--a custom tailored and sophisticated work of art that can be lived in.
Unlike larger production-driven pool and landscape installation companies who scramble to install as many projects as their salespeople can sell, Bianchi Design elevates swimming pool and site design to an art form, limiting the number of designs created and facilitated each year to those that our team can personally supervise and oversee. The result: the assurance that your WaterScape will be an innovative, custom-crafted work of art, far exceeding the ordinary, transforming your private world into an extraordinary personal retreat.
