Hey, have you tried Toon Boom Studio for animation? I remember you mentioning the difficulty in lip-synching. It has a built in lip-synch thingy that lets you draw just a few mouths and it automatically maps them to the correct frames by looking at your sound track. They've got a 30 day trial I'm trying out now.
