In the early hours of August 23, 2013, I witnessed and recorded an illuminated object travelling from the north at treetop height on the north shore of Manitoulin Island on Lake Huron. The object appeared to "turn-on" and "turn-off" several times over the 30 minutes I observed it. Using video filters, I was able to detect a second object--unobserved at the time--in the same general location.
