Nope. I'm natural. Been lifting 6 days a week since I was 12. I am 18 now so 6 years of correct lifting and dieting. Plus I've been a three sport athlete since I was 8. lol.

Lol because I didn't show it in the video, but each super set and single set I did 4 sets each. So totally number of sets I did in this work out was 28. I was tired when i got to the bench. Haha.
