great video, though i would add that 2/3 of weight-loss isn't necessarily losing the weight, but learning how to keep it off after you've put in the work to lose what you have, because nobody loses weight with the intent of gaining it right back. unless i wasn't paying attention, this aspect wasn't talked on much in the video, but its definitely easy to apply Teal's teachings in this video to that part of the process, as all it takes is some degree of lifestyle change to keep it off. :::)

If $100 is expensive then maybe you should be trading in your $7/hr part time job for something that pays a little better. It's not hard to figure out. And I've had an H1 for a year and a half now, and it's great. If you're in need of a small mic that sounds great and is easy to use, it's a solid pick. I imagine most of you would take care of it well enough that it wouldn't get damaged.

While somebody who really knows how to look within can answer pretty much any question about life by looking inside themselves, its fairly common to look around the globe and see that the world-changers often give the credit to the people who influenced them over the years. some folks in the comments are over-thinking this: the whole idea here is to *know* where you want to go in life, then simply allow your greater intuition to guide your actions in the proper direction. you'll rarely be exactly on-course due to the ever-presence of ego, but you'll always be recalibrating, which in the end will get you there, and many times faster than flailing around in your actions like a fish out of water. just accept your intuition's directions, it is indeed a huge shortcut.

Because why bother talking to people who's theories have required all these other ridiculous complex forces to be real, when a single simple explanation of everything does the job just as well, if not better? Think about it. I want to see the forest from the trees, and living within a single static paradigm seems to limit one's ability to "create" their reality, per say.
