FAQ and T&C
Q. How to I attribute you?
A. "video title" CC-BY, NatureClip, "date video uploaded" (speech marks are not needed)
Q. Why can't you add a download link?
A. Soon I will. Vimeo only allows only one HD (500MB) upload a week, it is taking a long time to upload my content. A Vimeo plus account costs $65 a year but would allow me to provide instant download links. If every subscriber donated 25p that would be fund my Vimeo plus account for a year (see channel for PayPal link).
Q. Can I use your video to make money?
A. Yes, as long as you attribute me.
Q. Can I edit your video to fit my music?
A. Yes. Most of my just have an 'attribution' license which means you can edit them. Check the info box for the type of license, if it says 'CC-BY-ND' in the info box then you cannot alter the video. I only have a one or two videos with this license.
Q. Where is the download link?
A. Message me and I will send the link to you.
Q. I need to use your video but I won't be able to attribute you.
A. That would come under a 'royalty-free' license - please email me. to discuss.
Q. Can I store your videos on my file sharing site?
A. No. These videos are free to re-use in your own individual projects. For business inquiries, contact me to discuss.
Q. Can I sell your videos?
A. It depends on what you mean. Certainly not in their original form. You can use my videos in your project for commercial purposes but if they only consist of my work, you cannot sell them. See the question above. if you are unsure, contact me to discuss.
Q. My friend gave me the DropBox link but it doesn't work.
A. I swap my videos on Dropbox to prevent this, message me and I will send you the new link.
Q. Why do you want me to follow you on Twitter/Like you on facebook etc?
A. Two reasons. Firstly to help spread news about my channel. It is also quicker and easier for me to check if you are a still follower on Twitter/have liked when you send a download request in future.
Q. I don't use Twitter or Facebook, can I still use your videos?
A. As an alternative, please add me as a 'recommended channel' on your YouTube channel. This will help to spread the word about my channel. Not a YouTuber? Contact me to anyway, I'm sure we can sort arrange an alternative free option.
Q. Why do you lock some videos to get more subscribers?
A. My ultimate goal is to share my videos to as many people as possible. To do this I need to increase awareness of my channel and one way of doing this is to release videos by milestones. Hopefully you lovely people will let others know about my free videos.
Q. If I use your video, do I own the rights?
A. I own the rights to all my videos but you have permission to use them. Put simply, you can use my videos for free by attributing me in your own project. For more information go to

A. It isn't hard to attribute an author so there isn't really an excuse for not doing so. If you are unsure, see above, or get in touch before you use the material. If you try to pass the content off as your own, this is the same as any other copyright infringement. It will carry the same consequences.
