In non-english countries, sometimes people say that english always sounds good, partly because we can't understand it (does not apply to younger generations) or because we just didn't grow up with it. These vocals inspire the same general feeling. So basically it sounds good even if you don't understand shit, I guess? Granted, for most of us baka gaijins, that's what happens when listening to japanese music too so there.
Also worthy of note, the whole album plays with no interruptions which I do welcome. You gotta appreciate that he went the extra mile and gave us a mix to play at the next Touhou convention, now make that happen.
