first off I never go magazine bcuz half the time no one drives like a pro. i believe u put a hurting on most gt's u have come across because most of the 3valves i come across are stock or close to stock. it doesnt take a power adder in a 3 valve to beat a bolted mach 1 by tha way. 3 valves shine with bolt ons via the tuning process. if you are fully bolted, than that makes for a drivers race with a fully bolted 3 valve unless the 3valve you come across wasnt tuned and couldnt drive lol. an untuned 3valve with bolt ons is a waste because the tuning is what wakes a 3valve up. i love mach's because ur right they run mid 13's all day stock but dont under estimate tha 3valve!

I don't doubt the mach has an advantage over a 3 valve. When I was stock, I would run my homeboy in his blue mach stock vs stock. He won most runs by half a car. Mod for mod it's a drivers race between a 3 and 4valve. The 3valve responds very well to bolt ons and makes up for it's loss to a mach with similar mods. I have ran a few in my day to know this is true.
