Why is this commercial so hard to find!?

After 2 weeks of waiting by my tv on cartoon network with a camera, i failed to record it, until it suddenly appeared and i had to run and grab the camera.

The consequence? I only got the end-half of it.

Anyone else luckier than me, or know where to find it?
