Meet the Characters:

Dusty - Dusty is a plane with high hopes. A crop duster by day, Dusty dreams of becoming a racer, competing in the Wings around the Globe rally . With the help of a WWII vet with wisdom to spare - Dusty takes off on an adventure of a lifetime, competing with race-built with champions and daring to go to heights a cropduster had never imagined possible.

El Chupacabra - El Chupacabra is a legend in Mexico . Powered by his passion for racing (not to mention Rochelle), this caped Casanova is very loud and proud.

Ripslinger - one of the main characters in the NEW Disney Planes, the world above Pixar Cars, movie. He's a super fast racer who often wins, but likes to cheat. Think of him loosely as a Chick Hicks type character from Cars. Ripslinger wins with the help of his two sidekicks, Ned and Zed. He can't stand Dusty.

Skipper - An old Navy Corsair, Skipper was a top flier and top instructor of the Jolly Wrenches squadron until an incident during a combat mission that grounded him for life. Skipper keeps to himself, but his quiet self becomes non-existent when a determined Dusty wants Skipper's aerial expertise. Skipper teaches Dusty, and Dusty teaches Skipper important life lessons in the process.

Ishani - The reigning Pan-Asian champion from India, Ishani is easy on the eyes, but ruthless in the skies. Thanks to her high-speed competitiveness and notable talent, she has amassed more than a billion loyal fans—including one rookie racer who turns to her for guidance. Exotic and mysterious, Ishani is full of surprises, but always has her eye on the prize.

Leadbottom - Leadbottom is a puttering old biplane and a grumbling taskmaster, with a quite negative aura. Leadbottom feels his employe, Dusty, shouldn't be chasing his dreams. Leadbottom thinks he is going to fail and with Dusty's absence, thats more work and crop dusting for him.

Rochelle - Rochelle is a tough racer from a small town in Quebec. Always confident and capable, she is pursued by El Chupacabra, but Rochelle is too focused on winning the race to return his affections.

Bulldog - Bulldog has been racing longer than any other racer on the circuit. As the oldest and wisest, he started racing before GPS, when the racers trusted their gyros and navigated using the stars. Bulldog believes in good sportsmanship. Bulldog is often doubted due to age, but continues to surprise.

Dottie - Dottie is a forklift who co-owns and operates Chug and Dottie's Fill 'n Fly service station. She Dusty's practical a friend and great mechanic. Dusty is not built for racing, and is taking a dangerous risk. No matter what happens, Dusty has Dottie's support!

El Chupacabra Pitty - El Chupacabra's Pitty is ready to fix and help El Chupacabra in any way he can!

Bulldog Pitty - Bulldog's Pitty is ready to fix and help Bulldog in any way he can!

Franz Fliegenhosen - Franz Fligenhosen is a German areocar, a car and plane with what El Chupacabra calls "Serious Identity Issues." Franz is a friend of Dusty and El Chupacabra.
