bro, it's called "experimenting" on your body to see how it responds to different foods and different diets. it's the biggest pre-requisite to going on a bulk, u need to know what foods make you fat, lean, or keep u the same. and if those supplements make me unnatural then i guess i am.big deal. ...
lats are definitely a strong point. just add some thickness to that back (rowing movements). your chest looks like it's starting to come out more from the side also. do a lot of incline movements. lagging body parts will come in eventually, like arms, traps etc. Master your nutrition and keep you...
i always do my cardio twice a day. first thing in the morning to jumpstart my metabolism and 15-20 min post workout since my heart rate is already significantly high, and my glycogen stores are low. nothing intense though, just mild cardio.
i wonder if camera man smiles while bring the camera closer for the "like my shit" part. it'll be weird if he did it with a serious face. anyway good vid brah.
sorry mate, that's not my "working sets", it was my first set, after 7 sets of incline military press, on a calorie deficit diet. on my bulk i start off with 90 lb dumbbells, and work my way up. if that's not heavy enough, then oh well lol work in progress : )
already had one...just held in a lot of water and had some fat in my midsection. u don't do cardio morning and evening, on top of weightlifting, 5 to 6 times a week, with a strict diet without seeing results.
lol i got lucky.
