	iluvboilup (4 months ago) the secret is on youtube...its about using your energy...so you don't have to stress out much...its hard to put into practise...becas life is just so meaningless someitmes...how we communicate and control of everyday circumstances...it may work for you...its impossible to forget...another place of hopes...yeah!!!is ing a little...but I'm a chain smoker ..so hopefully i'll give up this next year...
