You should not be receiving a popup asking for a master key. Dolphin used to require you use your own Wii key but since then now includes one. This can only mean that the new downloads you are trying out are old versions. If you use the link I gave you last time, filter the downloads according to date and download the most recent version.

If you are getting pure black screens this could either be because you are applying Anti Aliasing (and the game you are trying does not support it) or its masking an "Error #002" which means you will have to scrub your games. To find out if its an Error 002, disable "Optimize Quantizer" and the screen will be Blue instead of Black.

Masterkey error? Is it within a blue screen or is it in the form of a pop up window?
