Formed in 1989 in Vålberg,Sweden. In the beginning, they've done a few songs and rehearsals under the name B.P.B. (Botten På Burken), influenced by Grindcore bands like Napalm Death,Agathocles, Carcass, and others. But later, they've changed their sound to Death Metal, and changed their name to Macabre End. In 1990, they recorded their first demo, "Consumed By Darkness", which was re-released a year later as a 7'' by the French label Corpse Grinder Rcords. After the release of the 7'', they've changed their name to God Macabre.

Utter Cold Void No presence of mortals in silent fields of gray No movement, no lifeline in utter cold void The path I chose to wander lies north Where rust is priceless and ice covers the earth
Winter's mist is near Where gleaming shadows crawl
And I could only substitute joy with strict logic And I could only substitute life with imminent death Return to nihil law since motion is futile I sink in cold void, adjust in the higher scorn Here man resembles gods and gods resemble man We suffocate in mortal shell We need no blood but frost
Frost!

Sorry, no tabs available due to being too busy to tab that song...sorry
So, hier ist also mein erstes Video in meiner Reihe "Guitar Shredder of Doom shreds (awe)some Songs".
Here we go, the first video of my series "Guitar Shredder of Doom shreds (awe)some Songs", I hope many will follow. I learned the entire song just by listening and doing, due to that some mistakes are done which I apologize for (unfortunately the videos are quite out of sync but only at the beginning, the rhythm guitar is a bit low and the G-string in the bottom video is a little down tuned, so again sorry for that). Especially in the solo, there are some false notes but it was impossible to hear every single note correctly out (I tried to and brought out the best). I decided not to add the original song by Immortal Souls (the Song "Nightfrost" is taken from the Album "Wintereich" by Immortal Souls - it's worth listening to) because I think the guitars in the Video have enough quality. By the way, the greetings are not explicit for every Simon and Meredith in the whole world (but Simons and Merediths, feel salutated, for the names are pretty cool ) the right persons know that it's for them.
