This is a video with added details into the exact location of bombing including photographs of Jeff Bauman seen and "standing" in that location... please note; at 5:07 in video, we see blood around and running away from the lady being helped by the man wearing the red jacket(top-left),blue hat, this video establishes a fair timeline of these photos, meaning this photo was taken at approximately 7 seconds after the bomb-blast!
