Why not break something? Don't feel bad, the engine had may un-repairable problems, it wanted to die. Now it will live on forever on Youtube!

It really wasn't that bad, just time consuming. I replaced the head with a Clearwater "heavy-duty casting" cylinder head.

This thing is crazy loud! No wonder all our grandparents are deaf, they used to ride their bicycles around with these things attached to them!

Yes I want to ride it! But I had to install a few more things before I can.

We got it running! I would have test drove it, but it was about 30 degrees outside, and we had gotten about 6" of fresh snow the night before.

**TIME FOR ASSEMBLY!**

It took 3 days, and a few trips to the hardware store to get it together, but I think it was all worth it!

Got a new seat! Although, it means I have to, once again, change the exhaust! DOH!

So I made some progress this week! I fabricated an exhaust, and solved the torque converter belt guard problem!

This week: chain guard, and I got a little stuck on the belt guard. Also started playing around with the exhaust...

I recently became the new owner of two free items! One, a Husky pressure washer, runs! The other, a John Deere push mower, is in rough shape.

Mounting the foot rests to the frame. They feel pretty solid.

New Wheels! We've got a rolling chassis!
