I created FatAssChallenge here on YouTube as motivational tool for both myself, and anyone who wants to follow along. I've done 2 complete rounds with great success (round 2 could've been even better if I had stayed focused) and have started a few rounds that I didn't finish for various reasons like work, travel, a back injury, etc.. I am currently unemployed and not traveling anymore so I can now totally focus on getting back in shape.

I've recently re-started a new round of P90X that I'm calling "Dave vs. Rob". Rob is a great friend of mine and recently started P90X and I felt it would be great if we were doing it on the same schedule. So far, it's been amazing. I think it's more motivational then when I first started this last year.

Coach update... Ok, so... I'm no longer a coach. I felt too much like a salesman... and I'm not good at asking people to buy stuff from me, so I gave that up. But hey, if you want to donate money... feel free. ;) Speaking of money... I'm toying with the idea of adding "ads" to my videos. I know.. I know... it might be a little annoying, but money is money... and in this economy, I'll take what I can get!
