You are right about not needing a lot of carbs, if you are eating a high fat diet as they both have energy. As a strongman you must be huge!
The only thing is the high fat diet for fat loss and getting ripped, may not work.

Great Question - you can definitely break it up the goal is to complete 50 reps of each exercise and 300 reps total - be creative
Example
25 pushups - rest for a sec do 25 more pushups
superset chinups and spring ups - 5 sets of 10 reps each
superset dips and squat/lunge - 5 sets of 10 reps each
25 mountain climbers - rest for a sec do 25 more mountain climbers
