The water purveyor is only responsible to the water meter. The compliance officer would be the person to ask if the facility complies with all Federal, State and local codes for cross connection control. I have not seen a single facility in compliance with the International Plumbing Code. Health care facilities must comply with section 609 which is specific to Hospital water. Please contact me if you need further info.
Thanks, John

I believe the question of what is the main reason 1926 is not being enforced is answered in your video from the CDC and EPA. What is the best way to talk to the people that narrated the video. I believe you tube can reach enough people to make them aware that our federal agencies are not doing their job to protect the people from dangerous cross connections. I have much more to talk about but please respond.
Thanks, John
