Bobby Gaines can't count on Charlie (Alex Kuvalanka) anymore as he's returned to college in Arizona, so he turns to his new attorney Zack Masters, still skeptical over what Zack had done only 2 years prior. Zack tries to prepare him for the hearing with Officer Kira (Rhiannon Lynn) but nothing can prepare Bobby adequately for what happens next...
