what they need to do is have class favored item drops .. say 25% of all item drops magic or rare are aligned to your class. using your 6 afixes a item thats aligned to a class would have 3? or 4 of the 6 that are favorable to that class int for wizards and witch doctors dex for DH and monk ect . ...

yes push forward they will keep spawning forever unless you move further in the city you can run all the way to the palace and make it really quick or take your time and work up yoiur archery and combat skills.
