My name is Nick Bishop, I am a 22 year old wildlife enthusiast based in the west coast of the US. I was raised in Portland, Oregon. I have always spent my life outdoors, whether i'm hiking, rock climbing, doing Parkour or Free Running, spelunking, horse back riding, diving, snorkeling, and more. I have always found an interest in all creatures from Bugs, rodents, large mammals, reptiles and all marine life. I have been studying the wilderness and the wild animals that make it its home sense was able to understand words. I have had amazing yet deadly encounters with wild animals from venomous snakes, Sharks, Bears and more.

So I have finally made it my goal and life's dream to document this all on film. So thats when I came up with this new wildlife show "The Wrangler". Damien Walters is a British gymnast, stuntman and parkour practitioner with one of the largest followings on YouTube. Star of Walters and Shieff as well as his own videos - this is where to find the latest content from Damien.

We recently built an indoor parkour training facility in a disused JJB sports shop in Manchester. The building is currently being used by a circus group called the Circushouse. Under an initiative by 3space, permission was granted to use the vacant property for this purpose, and we also had the opportunity to incorporate a parkour park which we designed and built ourselves. In this video, you can see the first version of the park, which was constructed for a budget of around £150. Thanks to Owen Gaynor, Sian Haslock and Alex Anderson for allowing us to use a section of the space.

Self explanatory

This is just some basic videos of having fun showing you don't need to be the best or do crazy stuff to have a fun time training and expressing your self!!!

This is a review or over view to give my thoughts on the new shoes from Vibram it's the upgrade of the popular Vibram five finger KSO shoes and it's used for running fitness but not to great for parkour or freerunning so I am going to go back to the $85 KSO. Train safe please and respect your body.

Ahhhhhhh...Paris. We left Paris to last as it felt right to end such a long and epic journey in the birth-city of Parkour. This film shows two of the sides of Paris - modern city centre (La Defense) and urban estates (the 13th District).

It took 3 weeks, we drove over 4,000 miles and visited 8 countries but we did it! Daniel Ilabaca travelled across Europe to meet Parkour and Freerunning communities in London, Amsterdam, Cologne, Copenhagen, Vienna, Milan, Barcelona and Paris.

In each city we met and trained with the locals, did a bit of filming and then ended the day with a massive jam.

We filmed every step of the journey and over the next few months we'll be showing you what happened.
