Hey, I hope everyone is having fun watching me cook. My joke is that I am the "World's Greatest Chef". I think that we all should be the "World's Greatest Chef" in our own kitchens. If you cook for your family almost everyday of the week, then you are their "World's Greatest Chef". If you were not, then they would not keep coming back for more. Lets all try and be the "World's Greatest Chef" for our families. Please let me know what you think. I love suggestions and I will try and cook almost anything. Let me know.

	ndanieltx \| November 21, 2007 I had really enjoyed your videos! From my boy scout days I was always very familiar with the dutch oven. So making your ribs was just naturally going to work for me. OMG they were GOOOOOD! The cornbread dressign (sans the cranberry's and cheese) was great as well. I plan on making it northern style for a change withsome oyster bits and such. I am the Worlds Greatest Chef as well.. Because my hat tells me and everybody so heheh. I love your entry. Whats funny is I have a friend from Germany who watched a vid of you with me and he said " Worlds greatest chef? A bit of an arrogant block yes" . LOL - Which tells you that some folks dont get the joke and sarcasm but agreed.. We are the worlds greatest chef in the kitchen. My uncle used to say " cook to please your own taste and they will come. Cook to please everyone and you will please noone". Cheers from Wylie Tx - Nate
