How do you make TF2 videos?
1 - Record a demo using the console. This takes little space, but can be used to play everything back inside TF2.
2. Use either the source renderer in the game (slow, bit complicated but good quality). However, I recommend the program Fraps, records the playback in TF2 to a raw video file.
3. Edit this video file and render in compressed format with video editing software. I recommend Sony Vegas.
