Wayward Smith, made up of vocalist Eloise Mitchell and guitarists Rohan McElroy and Matthew Marden, is a Brisbane based alternative rock band. Stemming from a high school friendship Wayward Smith has become a solid partnership enduring five years.
Over those years Wayward Smith has toured throughout Brisbane's pubs, clubs, cafes and were invited as an up-and-coming band to play Brisbane's Radar Rock in the Park. After gaining recognition for their post-teen pop style at Radar Rock in the Park Wayward Smith embarked on the making of an alternative rock EP.
On the cusp of the release of their debut EP, Wayward Smith was approached by McDonald's to play a charity event McHappy Day and helped McDonald's head office raise over $5,000 dollars.
They have since released their Debut EP on 25th November, selling online at multiple sites and at their live shows.
