I saw your comments regarding that vallicah guy that catches cats then drowns them no matter if their pets are not. Great comments but you can type and comment till your fingers fall off. You can't get through to the dude. If I lived in his country, I would try to see how to contact the RSPCA about him. I emailed them but don't have much info for them to go on.
