I blew the whistle on HSBC Asset Management, a subsidiary of the largest Bank in the world, HSBC, in 2002, while I worked for HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. as a stock broker/investment advisor/certified financial planner. HSBC Asset Management (Canada) Ltd. committed a massive breach of trust against Canadian investors, proven beyond a reasonable doubt during my trial. HSBC stole my last months pay and $49,039 of my short term disability while I was away sick with Melanoma and numerous surgeries. HSBC made certain my RRSPs were tied up and that I would not get employment insurance. They took the food right out of my little girls' mouth. HSBC Bank Canada garnisheed the sale proceeds of my townhouse to ensure I had no money to live on. HSBC Bank Canada foreclosed on my house. These were staff accounts. HSBC lawyer Irene Winel made certain I would never work again by destroying my 28 year career. My car was broken into and I had no insurance to repair or license. I gave my BMW up for junk. I lived in a mouldy house. I lived in abject poverty and if not for food banks we would not have survived. I defended myself against HSBC in a 19 day trial and numerous hearings while I was seriously ill and did a masterful job. I should have been awarded over $35 Million dollars. The judge ordered lawyer, Gordon R. Johnson of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP to file my claim and he disobeyed her order. I attempted to file a petition in the Court of Appeal for an order of mandamus and certiorari and law officer Gregory Pun refused to file it. I attempted to get burned CD's of the proceedings and my request was denied, yet any lawyer could get them. The attorney general opposed my request for the CD's I have a falsified transcript of the 19 day trial which was delivered to my home. I have proof that the audio recordings of the proceedings were tampered with inside the court. I went back to the Supreme Court and asked the judge to hold Gordon R. Johnson in contempt of court and to declare a mistrial and she would not. Despite the fact that the judge had no jurisdiction the court ruled for HSBC. Also the Supreme Court, Appeal Court, Attorney Generals' office and lawyers, RCMP, Vancouver Police, British Columbia Securities Commission, the Investment Dealers Association, The BC Law Society, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP lawyers Brad Dixon, D. Ross McGowan, Robert Dawkins, Gordon R. Johnson are involved in a cover up of these crimes against Canadian Investors. The Canadian judges ignore whatever they choose not to hear. Cases are stage-managed and decided before any evidence even given. No justice in BC courts whatsoever. Canada's constitution has been destroyed by judges. HSBC never had to file a single document or pay a single court fee. Every single finding was in their favour despite the evidence. The BC Court of Appeal judges are also responsible for taking away mine and every other Canadians constitutional rights. By the way, most of these judges are women.
