Over Vertical Gymnast
A video journal of my pole dance learning.
I started pole dancing since Sept 2006. In Hong Kong as it is not easy for us to get a pole at home and pole dancing is not yet popular, so it is difficult for us to practice often and learn so more advance moves. Until this year, pole dance become popular and the studio expanded --- so now, we have poper classes teaching all those advance moves like inversion... etc, and we got a place to practice if we do not have a pole at home....
so I just started to learn inversion and dance vertically on Sept 2007 =)
learning to get inverted is exciting, it's like learning to walk for the first time. And once you started to invert, you will crave for more. You will get addicted to it.
