Thanks for the comment. It is true Charlotte area does not get much snow. However, it got a decent amount last winter. Honestly, I do not know why. Maybe global warming? Even central Russia is in flames, a country known for extreme cold and not too extreme summers. I think we are experiencing a global climate shift. However, I could be wrong and this could be a mere coincidence.
