The Deep Six compilation was released March 1986. It was the very first release by C/Z Records, a few months before the release of "Sub Pop 100" from Sub Pop Records. It was also arguably the first record to influence the later "Seattle sound" that would be known worldwide as grunge
Teriyaki Asthma Vols. I-V compiles 20 tracks from the C/Z label's series of samplers. Few artists are represented by their best material, but some of these tracks are rarities difficult to find elsewhere. Among the bigger names here are Nirvana ("Mexican Seafood" available on Incesticide), L7, Babes in Toyland, Alice Donut, Gas Huffer, Helios Creed, and Frightwig.
Fuck Me I'm Rich was a Grunge compilation album released by Sub Pop in 1990. Each of the songs are available on each artists respective albums. The album include ten songs, two by each of the five artists. The title of the album is a play on the words of the Mudhoney song Touch Me I'm Sick, which is featured on the album.
