This Channel is dedicated to the "late" greatest physique of all time Mike Mentzer a former IFBB professional bodybuilder, businessman, author and philosopher and the only bodybuilder first ever to hit a perfect score of 300 points in 1978 Mr. Universe. he is also the only one that has ever done this in the whole History of the IFBB. His leg, forearm, shoulder development and with his Herculean physique still Rank among "the best of all time."
Mentzer took the bodybuilding concepts developed by Arthur Jones and attempted to perfect them. Through years of study, observation, knowledge of stress physiology and the most up-to-date scientific information available, and careful use of his reasoning abilities, Mentzer tried to devise and successfully implement a theory of bodybuilding. Mentzer's theories are intended to help a person achieve their full genetic potential within the shortest amount of time.

His last contest was the infamous 1980 Mr.Olympia, where Arnold himself came out of retirement, the rumor was that Arnold was tired of hearing Mike say that Heavy Duty was the only way to train, and that by beating Mike he would prove him wrong. Arnold won the contest even though he wasn't in top shape, Mike who was in better shape then the previous year only placed 5th, people in the contest yelled "FIX!" and Mike, fed up, retired from competition. and quit IFBB with his perfect physique at a very young age of 29.
