I started making this the day that I got baptized. It was only for a few moments, but the time that I was under that water made me somewhat hate myself for turning my back on God when I was a child and the most part of my teenage years. When I came home and it was all said and done, I felt all the anger and fear just melt away. I felt finally at peace. You can ask my husband, the days before, I was not a peaceful person. I was getting upset easily, I was losing my temper at everyone; I wasn't a fun person to be around and I hated that part about me. It only happened yesterday, but it's had an effect on me that I never thought I could have. Everything that I was feeling that was negative was washed away. I do finally feel at peace. I feel like a new person, a stronger person, and God is by my side when I need him.

I'm not saying that if you turn your back on God, then you're going to have a horrible life. I wouldn't say that; it's not like me for one. For once I feel like, if something bad were to happen, I can overcome it easier. Know what I mean? I know that He's there watching over me, so I can overcome anything. I still have my normal fears, and I still do most of the same things I used to, but I feel MUCH closer to God because of what happened. It feels amazing!

Story: Yuna was a woman that turned away from God when she was a child. She never did anything too horrible, but it was always close to the edge of His rules. But then she met Tidus, a follower of His ways and she instantly fell in love with him. She would dance for him, anything to make him look at her, but nothing would work at first.

One day, after they'd gotten past the formalities and everything, Tidus invited her to his church, but she declined. She didn't believe in God was what she told him. Tidus just accepted it and started to walk away and Yuna instantly regretted telling him anything. She ran as fast as she could to him, but it was like she was transparent and she landed on the floor in front of him. She stood back up gingerly and told him that, although she didn't believe, she would go, because she felt like she wanted to reconnect with God. She didn't want to feel so lost anymore.

Tidus, at a loss for words, came up behind her and hugged her, saying that the first step was to accept the Trinity in her heart as her god. She nodded and Tidus let go from them embrace.

"God will accept any confession that you tell him and you will be forgiven." he told her.

She watched as he walked into the distance and he slowly disappeared. IT was then that she realized that Tidus was an angel sent from God to talk to her. It was all she needed, and she believed. (less info)
