Alcohol and Bodybuilding dont mix! Just one beer a day can add 15lbs fat in a year! Drinking three or more beers can make you weaker and reduce endurance for up to 48hours and if you cant push your maxes, you wont gain mass. As a bodybuilder you need to know what good, strict nutrition is. When you master your nutrition and cardio and get so ripped that you have veins in your 8-pack abs, you can start relaxing the nutrition a bit. Once you get in tune with your body, you can maintain low bodyfat year in and year out without being so strict because you instantly know when you have gained a few ounces of fat and can adapt before it becomes noticeable. People dispute my answer D (15lbs fat). Here is how I arrived at it. 365days*150cal = 54,750cals. There are 3500cals in a pound of fat, that means 54,750/3500=15.64 pounds of fat. Answer D. People believe what they want to believe and have come up with all kinds of screwy arguments to justify to themselves that a beer a day is fine. Typical of these arguments is "It depends on your activity level, you might not gain any weight drinking a beer a day". Well, by that logic I could also say that 10 twinkles a day wont hurt me either because I can just cut out other things from my diet (meat, vegetables, fruits and other healthy things) and still maintain my weight. If you drank 8 beers a day but ate or drank nothing else you would lose weight - and die from mal-nutrition and you certainly wouldn't be able to add muscle. Please get it thru your head, if you are a bodybuilder and want to maximize how much muscle you can add and lose fat to get ripped at the same time then THE QUALITY OF EVERY SINGLE CALORIE COUNTS!!!!! From the hate comments I am getting here, I can see I hit a raw nerve. Sorry people, attacking me wont somehow magically make alcohol good for you. KLM's MAP - http://www.klm.com/destinationguide/us_en/airline-ticket/index.htm With 2 tickets to anywhere, we thought it would be cool to visit somewhere far & exotic but where? OUR FAVORITES: Phi Phi Island, Thailand - It's where they filmed the movie "The Beach" with Leonardo Di Caprio. We'll have to land in Bangkok then make our way down. It fits our needs but it's more traveling. Oh and the US $ is REALLY strong there so stuff is cheaper. Athens, Greece - We've been told that the Greek Islands are really beautiful and warm but we don't know much about it. I'm sure we'll love their food. Zansibar, Tanzania, Africa - The beaches look really nice and we've been told that we could go on a safaris if we're up for it. Ibiza, Spain - It has good beaches but will it be too crowded? It seems like a good place to go to have fun. Not sure if it's suitable for a honeymoon though. KLM gave us these tickets for free but offered us business class if we helped promote it. Wouldn't you? ; )
