I oppose nationalism, fanaticism, extremism, imperialism, colonialism, capitalism, and racism/ zionism.
Racism necessitates the denunciation of another individual's humanity. Given that the other human being is a human being; such denunciations are a negation of purported truth claims. A racist must, then, deny his own epistemology. But since upon interaction, mens equality can no longer be denied, it must be that social reality is what is denied in racist assertions. A racist, then, must attempt to avoid social reality altogether. Deferring from this social reality creates multiple standards in ones conception of the Self in relation to Others.
By way of demonstrating what I mean, take, for instance, Benny Morris─ a so-called New Historian, who says morally, ethnic cleansing was a good thing- and that legally, Palestinians have no right to return. He concludes that Israels big error was that it hadnt carried out a large expulsion and cleansed the whole country- the whole land of Israel as far as the Jordan. On reflection, Benny Morris, an Israeli, parallels the notion of good with ethnic cleansing. By this account, one should presume that the same standards of assumptions be applied to the crimes of the Holocaust. But of course, Benny Morris, along with the Zionists has denuded their consciousness of reality, and has completely departed from standards of the "Other" that cannot parallel the Self. Such comparisons cannot be made because their is no recognition of humanity. Only a scant recognition of the "Self" as belonging to a community that shares a common ideology. Racism is not a function of bad emotions or irrationality as those Zionists who are conscious enough to admit, but rather hyper-rational expression of racist rationality, clearly evident in the living experiences of the Palestinians, and of course marginalised peoples across the world. My purpose is to tackle the "truth claims" and the fixation to purported "divine rights" and advance emancipation and cosmopolitanism as the moral guiding principles.
JUSTICE FOR THE INTERNALLY DISPLACED PEOPLEs (IDPs) GLOBALLY
•Afghanistan has 132,000 - 200,000 IDPs, due to American invasion
•Azerbaijan has over 580,000 IDPs due to the occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh, Agdam and surrounding territories by Armenian forces since the early 1990s.
•Burma (Myanmar) has 503,000 IDPs due to decades of government repression of ethnic minorities
•The Central African Republic has about 197,000 IDPs due to the 2003 coup d'etat and the subsequent civil war.
•Chad has 178,000 IDPs due to the proximity to Darfur and the civil war in eastern Chad.
•Colombia has over 2 (possibly 3) million IDPs according to the UNHCR, due to the war between the government, the FARC, the AUC and other armed groups.
•The Democratic Republic of Congo has almost 1. 5 million IDPs due to the Second Congo War, mostly in the eastern provinces.
•Cote d'Ivoire has about 709,000 IDPs due to the civil war, mostly in the western regions.
•Georgia has 220,000 - 300,000 IDPs due to displacement of the ethnic Georgian population who have fled Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
•Iraq has over 2,5 million IDPs due to forced displacement during Saddam Hussein's regime, and fighting between the Multi-National Force and Iraqi insurgent groups.
•Indonesia has 200,000 - 350,000 IDPs due to fighting between the government and secessionist rebel movements.
•Israel has 150,000 - 420,000 Internally Displaced Palestinians and Bedouins, most of whom are Arab citizens of Israel.
Gaza and the West Bank have almost 2 million IDPs due to the Israeli invasion starting in 1948.
•Kenya has 250,000 - 400,000 IDPs due to the violence that rocked the country after the 2007 elections.
•The Philippines have 300,000 IDPs due to fighting between the government and communist and Islamic freedom fighters.
•Somalia has over a million IDPs due to the civil war and external interference in Somalian politics, namely by the US.
•Sri Lanka has about 406,000 IDPs due to the tyranny of the Srilankan government against helpless peoples.
•Sudan has 5 - 6 million IDPs due to decades of civil war in the south and the Darfur conflict in the west.
•Turkey has over a million IDPs in its southeast provinces due to decades of conflict between the government and PKK rebels.
•Uganda has about 869,000 IDPs due to the insurgency of the Lord's Resistance Army.
•Zimbabwe has 560,000 - 960,000 IDPs due to political violence and Western sanctions against the state.
•Pakistan has more than 400,000 IDPs at the end of 2008 due to American silent war against purported Taliban threats.

Not CNN, ABC, BBC, FOX or any of the American/British press. Most reliable is perhaps Channel Four with John Snow, al-Jazeera...sometimes. I also like Haaretz when articles are written by Amira Haas and Gideon Levy. I Appreciate their courage.
