In april 2009 we noticed 7 frogs living in our large (yet nearly empty) fishpool that we were going to demolish. The frogs left heaps of eggs in the shallow water, which we finally transferred to our smaller pond. The frogs disappeared...
And then the eggs 'hatched'. Thousands of little tadpoles were swimming around and they keep getting bigger and bigger!

- The net over the water is to keep our large dog from drinking the water and swallowing tadpoles.
