The judge asks Scientology to decide: you can't be both a business and a religion at the same time. Scientology chooses to be a religion. Now Scientology tells people if you don't take courses building up to the upper level but hears information from somewhere else, you can die. In Germany, Scientology is not recognized as a religion and is required to register as a business. Despite a serious of mysterious suicides and unusual deaths of many Scientologists, no one has been indicted yet. Scientology is recruiting specifically celebrities to capitalize on their celebrity status. Any group or organization that takes over the boundaries of your own life, that takes over your thought and causes you to think in a restricted and authoritarian way that doesn't allow you to think outside the boundaries of its rules, that requires that you think and act a certain way and carries out serious punishment if you don't, whether psychological or physical, you can safely call that group or organization a cult. The totalitarian organization has gained such a status that most media and many judges are very intimidated by Scientology.
